Welcome to the WinForMe Terms and Conditions. By registering with WinForMe, the participant (also referred to as "you") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please do not use the service. We'll try to keep everything as simple as possible, to tell you exactly how our service works without a lot of legalese.

1. General
WinForMe (also referred to as "we") is an automatic Sweepstakes entry service, provided by Envision Media, LLC. The service we provide has two main components: a) searching out and locating attractive Sweepstakes on the Internet and b) enrolling our members in these Sweepstakes by filling out and submitting entry forms for them.

As part of the enrollment process, we will enter information required by the Sweepstakes sponsor, including personal information, answers to required questions, and so on. We will endeavor to pass on the minimum information required by the Sweepstake sponsor. We will use, among other methods, an in-house software tool to enroll our members in the Sweepstakes. You authorize us to transmit this information to the Sweepstakes sponsors. You also acknowledge that, as a condition of entry, some Sweepstakes require the right to publish the names and/or pictures of their winners, and you authorize us to enroll you in these Sweepstakes as well.

WinForMe is not a Sweepstakes organizer, nor do we influence the chances of winning any specific Sweepstakes. We are not responsible for the results of the Sweepstakes, notification of winners, or the distribution of the prizes. Any legal dispute regarding the management or results of the Sweepstakes must be settled with the Sweepstakes sponsor. All taxes on any winnings are the responsibility of the winner.

This service is void where prohibited.

2. Participation
WinForMe is available to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. We also accept Canadian residents (other than those residing in Quebec) who would like to take part in WinForMe however, because there are fewer Sweepstakes available for Canadian residents, we DO NOT guarantee a 50 Sweepstake minimum average. We promise to do everything in our power to enter Canadian residents in as many Sweepstakes as possible every month, but we are unable to provide a guarantee. 3. Our Obligations
We guarantee that we'll enter our U.S. members in an average of at least 50 Sweepstakes a month, over their enrollment period. This means that our Silver Package members will be guaranteed at least 150 Sweepstakes (3 months x 50 Sweepstakes), whereas our Platinum members will be guaranteed a minimum of 600 Sweepstakes (12 months x 50 Sweepstakes), per enrollment period. We promise that we will make every effort to also enter Canadian residents in an average of at least 50 Sweepstakes a month, over their enrollment period. Members who sign up for the Jackpot Bonus package will also receive multiple bonus entries in Sweepstakes where daily and weekly entries are allowed.

In the case that your enrollment period has expired without the full number of guaranteed Sweepstakes entries being delivered, the balance will be transferred to the next month at no further cost to you, until we make up the shortage.

This guarantee depends on you filling out the required sections of your WinForMe registration in full. If you do not provide us with the information we need to enroll you in Sweepstakes, we cannot guarantee the full 50 entries.

4. Your Obligations
To be a full member of WinForMe, you must fill out our registration form completely and accurately, and supply us with valid payment. If any information, such as your address or credit card number, changes during your membership, you must update your information in the Member Log-in area. Keeping your information up to date is vital for your chances of winning Sweepstakes. Not only do the Sweepstakes sponsors need this information to contact you, but they may also disqualify your entry if the information we pass on to them from you is not correct. You give us permission to use your information for registration into Sweepstakes, as outlined in our Privacy Pledge.

5. Fees
When you register, the fee for the entire enrollment period (including tax, where required) will be due in full, and will be charged to your credit card. You give us permission to store your payment information, such as credit card number, in an encrypted format, for payment purposes only. You will receive a receipt by e-mail which will provide verification of your contract and the start and end dates of your enrollment period.

In the case of a charge back (for example, you don't have enough money on your credit card account to cover your payment), WinForMe will charge you a $5 penalty fee, plus any fees incurred by WinForMe. Of course, if you are eligible for a refund for one of the reasons outlined in these Terms and Conditions (for example, if you request your money back during your two-week trial period), this is not considered a charge back, and you will not incur a fee.

WinForMe has the right to change our fees at any time; such changes will affect only new memberships and renewals, and will not influence the price of your current package. At our sole discretion, we may refuse a person the right to become a member; notice of such refusal will be sent by e-mail.

6. Contract Renewal
For your convenience, WinForMe will automatically renew your contract for the same time period as originally chosen, unless you tell us otherwise. By registering, you authorize us to charge your credit card to renew your package. To cancel or to change your package selection, we must receive notice in writing, through an e-mail to, at least two weeks before the end of your current enrollment period.

7. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract with WinForMe for a full refund, no questions asked, at any time within the first two weeks of the start of the contract. If you cancel at any time after the first two weeks, we will not renew your contract, and will stop entering you in Sweepstakes if you like - but we will not refund your payment. WinForMe also has, at its sole discretion, the right to cancel your contract and refund your money during this initial two-week period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

WinForMe will do its best to ensure that our members are properly enrolled in Sweepstakes; however, we cannot be held responsible for failures while transmitting information from or to Sweepstakes sponsors or our members, technical failures (including the failure of hardware, software, the Internet, or telephone or communication networks), typographical mistakes, or the inability of the Sweepstakes site to handle the data we transmit to them.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information which you provide. In order to fully participate in this program, you must provide true and complete information. We are not liable for interruptions to operations, cases of force majeure or any other interference -- including technical interference -- over which we have no control.

We will do our best to enter our members only in Sweepstakes where they are eligible to win; however, knowing every applicable law in every region ahead of time is nearly impossible; the final determination of eligibility of every entrant is the responsibility of the Sweepstakes sponsor.

WinForMe complies with all applicable laws regarding how your information is handled, and we do not condone the use of unsolicited marketing e-mails (spam). However, some Sweepstakes may require that you receive marketing e-mails in order to enter, and many will contact you by e-mail to confirm your Sweepstakes entry or to notify you of a win. You acknowledge that you may receive e-mails from the sponsors or affiliates of Sweepstakes you participate in. Most of these e-mails will give you the opportunity to indicate that you wish to be taken off their mailing list.

While WinForMe strives to select only Sweepstakes whose sponsors respect the privacy of our members, WinForMe is not liable for the ways in which the Sweepstakes sponsors handle personal information, including selling or sharing that information.

9. Miscellaneous
WinForMe reserves the right to make changes to our service at any time, including discontinuing the service altogether. Reasons for such discontinuation may include changes in the applicable law, economic reasons, or technical changes, which make it impossible to continue to offer this service. If our service is cancelled before the expiration of your enrollment period, we will refund your money on a prorated basis.

WinForMe may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be made either on the WinForMe website ( or via e-mail, depending on the severity of the change. Such notification may be sent via e-mail to

WinForMe cannot guarantee your continuous ability to contact us by e-mail, or the continuous availability of the domain name, for technical reasons. We will do our best to notify our customers ahead of time, if scheduled maintenance would make the site unreachable.

Anyone who attempts to interfere with, modify, or manipulate our service, tamper with or hack into our database, or otherwise interfere with the proper workings of our website will be promptly excluded from membership and from continuing to use this site. Criminal penalties may be applied. Violation of these Terms and Cconditions will also result in exclusion or termination from the WinForMe service at our sole discretion.

10. Severability
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, unless the deletion of such provision or provisions would result in such a material change so as to cause completion of the transactions contemplated herein to be unreasonable.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, or if changes in the applicable law result in any of the above sections of the Terms and Conditions becoming invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to apply.
