We don't want to artificially bulk up our service by offering Sweepstakes whose grand prize is a stick of bubble gum or a T-shirt (yes, there are plenty of those out there!), nor do we want to make ourselves look better by entering you in Sweepstakes where the chances of winning are so terribly low that they aren't worth your time. you enter me in exactly 50 games every month?
Not necessarily - in fact, we always try to enter our members in more than 50 games every month. However, because we do not run the Sweepstakes ourselves, it may be that in some months you will be entered in a few less. If this is the case, we will make it up to you in the following months. We absolutely promise that you'll end up with an average of 50 games per month over your enrollment period. That means our Platinum members are guaranteed a walloping 600 Sweepstakes, no ifs, ands, or buts.

What About Sweepstakes that Don't Allow Automatic Entry?
If the sweepstakes rules prohibit entry by third parties, commercial or automatic sweepstakes entry services, scripts, bots, or macros, we do not enter those sweepstakes for our members. However, many sponsors see the benefits of receiving entry from services like ours, and allow us to enter. Even without entering sweepstakes where we are prohibited, there are still tons of fantastic, high-quality sweepstakes that our members can win.

do I have to do if I want to continue to be a WinForMe member after my package
runs out?
Absolutely nothing! All you have to do is sign up once with us; when your package expires, we will automatically renew it for the next time period for as long as you want to be a member. If you wish to stop playing, simply tell us that you want to quit at least two weeks before your contract expires.

if I am dissatisfied? Can I get my money back?
We are convinced that you will enjoy WinForMe's service; however, to be sure, we offer a two week unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, just let us know within this time period, and we will refund your money. - Check your sweepstakes email regularly. Oftentimes you have to respond to a win notification within a certain time period to claim your wins. If you ignore a winning email, you could be throwing away fantastic prizes.

When
I become a WinForMe member, can I still enter Sweepstakes on my own?
That depends on the rules of each Sweepstakes. We have no way of knowing which Sweepstakes you have entered yourself, so it's possible there would be some duplication if you enter on your own – but that doesn't mean that you have to stop altogether. Some Sweepstakes allow you to enter as often as you like, and these would be fine for you to enter on your own. Others only disqualify the second entry, and not the first, meaning the worst that could happen would be you waste the time it took you to enter. Also, WinForMe avoids entering the following types of games:
- Bingo or Lotto-type games, where you have to choose numbers to win
- Instant Win or Scratch-Off games
- Sweepstakes with entry fees
- Sweepstakes where it's mandatory to vote or pick a favorite to enter
- Sweepstakes where it's mandatory to fill out a survey, or enter information not provided to WinForMe to enter
- Sweepstakes valued under $100
- Sweepstakes where automatic or 3rd party entry is specifically prohibited
- Sweepstakes where you must perform an action or collect points to enter

I am not receiving any e-mails from WinForMe or from Sweepstakes. What's wrong?
If you aren't receiving any e-mails, there are four likely causes:
- Your registration was not successful. Please contact us at service@winforme.com and we will find out what went wrong.
- The e-mail address which you used to register is incorrect. Remember that an e-mail address should have the format yourname@yourprovider.com. Examples are JoeSmith4534@aol.com or service@winforme.com. An email address shouldn't start with www.
- Your mailbox is full, and cannot accept any new mails. In this case, you should delete some of your unnecessary mails from your inbox.
- Your mail service has been down for some time. In this case, you should contact your e-mail provider.
- If you continue to have a problem, please contact us at service@winforme.com and we will help you.
